A Los Angeles native, Harrison Trachman was born and raised between Beverlywood and Cheviot Hills and attended Crossroads School. He held jobs working at Rancho Park as a CIT, in Westwood at the Bruin Theaters, at an Italian restaurant in Culver City, and as a Realtor’s assistant at BHHS Beverly Hills before attending Oregon State University. Harrison has an intimate knowledge and appreciation of Los Angeles, having grown up hanging out at spots such as The Farmers Market, The Apple Pan, Westside Pavilion, The Big Chill, and 3rd Street Promenade.
Since entering the business in 2019, Harrison has closed on 18 properties. He honed his business savvy from an early age, taking lessons from his father’s successful commercial development career at Trachman Indevco and later read through all of the Los Angeles zoning ordinances to expand his knowledge of highest and best property uses.
An excellent home finder and negotiator, Harrison is knowledgeable, persistent, and hungry. He brings these skills plus his dedication to his clients to The Joyce Rey Team.
